I thoroughly enjoy being creative, I always have a craft project on the go. The positive impact art and crafts can have on our wellbeing is
often underestimated, being creative gives us all the opportunity of mindfulness where we live in the moment creating our very own
masterpiece. I have taught for many years across Key Stage 2-4, I love to see individuals getting outside their comfort zone and being
proud of something they have created and achieved. I am very excited about being part of the Creative Minds Community,
as it brings the opportunity of creativity to many across the generations. It allows everyone to access and experience the joyful
process of creating art. I am looking forward to working within the care sector and schools. My aim locally is to encourage community links through intergenerational sessions.
