Care England is the leading representative body for independent care services in England.

We are grateful for the continued support we receive from Care England.  Last year we were featured in their Caring Communities 2015 short film, which highlights the remarkable initiatives happening in the care sector as demand grows for these services. http://www.careengland.org.uk/caring-communities-2015

This year we are proud to be taking part in the first ever ‘Celebrating the Arts in Care Home’s’ Conference to be held in London in May.

UnLtd is the leading provider of support to social entrepreneurs in the UK.

We are grateful for the on-going support and mentorship we have received from UnLtd and their team. The support that they have provided Creative Minds has been imperative in our growth and development as a social enterprise.

Creative Minds is now even more driven to achieve our social aims, which are to empower people through art and creativity and make art accessible to everyone.

The Coutts Foundation supports a small number of organisations that provide sustainable solutions to ensure that basic human needs are met.

Creative Minds has received funding from a collaboration between UnLtd and the Coutt’s Foundation to support the organisation and our social aims.

Care Home Open Day (CHOD) is a UK wide initiative organised by Care England, inviting care homes to open their doors to local communities.

Thousands of care homes across the UK take part each year and we are proud to support the initiative in delivering many Art Sessions and art projects on and in the run up to CHOD each year.

This years theme is ‘celebration’ so our Creative Minds Artists are busy planning Art Sessions and projects to work on with the residents.

Care Home Open Day 2016 is on Friday 17th June – all care homes can take part so get involved!

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events and a national event which recognise excellence across the care sector.

James Cropper, Founder and Director of Creative Minds won ‘The Care Innovator Award’ at the Great British Care Awards in the South East in November 2014.

Social Enterprise UK is the national body for social enterprises in the UK. They represent Social Enterprise members and help to promote and grow the social enterprise movement.

Creative Minds became a Social Enterprise UK member on the 17th December 2015 and we’re proud to display our membership badge.
